The living arrangements are tailored to meet your needs: a large master bedroom featuring a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower (located upstairs), plus a second bedroom furnished with two queen beds. Additional sleeping options include a sleeper sofa and a roll-out bed equipped with a comfortable 4-inch mattress, which can be relocated to any room as needed. Kickstart your mornings with a coffee station offering both drip and pour-over brewing methods, allowing you to savor beautiful sunrises with a view over the scenic golf course, unobstructed by fences.

• No hidden fees; the price displayed covers all applicable charges, including taxes. Upon arrival, there won't be any surprise costs for parking or air conditioning, providing you peace of mind.
• Additional rules include: No events or loud parties, maximum guest limits per reservation, and no outside guests permitted without prior approval.
• Check-in is available from 4 PM, while check-out is at 10 AM unless otherwise stated.
• Please refrain from using glass in the pool area and supervise children while at the spa.
• Maintain a respectful noise level, especially during quiet hours from 8 PM to 8 AM.
• Ensure vehicles are parked in designated areas, and adhere to household rules, including not using the premises for commercial purposes.
• Air conditioning should be used sparingly, as electricity can be costly in Hawaii.
• Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited, and maintaining good relations with neighbors is essential.

During major holidays, a minimum stay of 7 nights is required, with a 14-night stay for both Christmas and New Year's.
